Changing my diet, and lifestyle, to raw has had a more profound effect on my life than I ever envisaged.
It led to me changing emotionally, physically and mentally. To starting on the path to discovering who I am and giving me the inspiration, conscious awareness, self security and confidence to becoming more of the person I've always wanted to be.
Following a Raw Diet means eating at least 75% of foods uncooked. It can be marinated, processed, chopped, dehydrated and mixed to make unlimited cuisine. There is an abundance of recipes to make treats, snacks, meals and drinks which make transitioning from a SUD (Standard UK Diet) or SAD (Standard American Diet) not only easy but fun and creative too.
The benefits of eating raw speak for themselves. Improved health, mental clarity, increased energy, excellent muscle tone, clear skin, natural weight, higher conscious awareness, amplified sociability... The list goes on.
There are specialised raw diets such as 80/10/10 and Instinctive Eating. From an outside view, these diets appear strict and extreme to the max! However, over years of eating raw and having one's body change to only desire natural foods in their natural state, it's much easier than it sounds!
Starting on the raw path will increase your understanding of your body and make health and happiness part of your daily life. Why would you not want that?
From eating this way my mind has changed in many positive ways and I have wanted to explore and learn more about what can make me, us humans, happy? I have found many answers and have a lot to still explore... Life is an adventure. Why sit back on the sofa and let that pass you by!?
